Terms and Conditions
What you can do with our material, what we promise, and what we do not.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Who this is between
These terms cover your use of aianytime.net and the material published on it. "We" means AI Anytime, based in Hyderabad, India. Using the site means you accept them.
Using our educational material
You may read, download and learn from anything we publish; quote and summarise it with attribution and a link; and use it to teach. You may not, without written agreement, republish it wholesale or present it as your own, package it into a competing commercial course, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement.
Code and repositories
Code lives on GitHub, and each repository's own licence governs it. Where it conflicts with this page, the repository licence wins.
Paid programmes and engagements
Training, consulting, staffing, faculty development programmes, workshops, hackathons and other booked work are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement, including scope, payment and cancellation terms. Prices shown on our sites are indicative until confirmed in writing.
Products and sessions
Digital products (such as the AI Engineer Roadmap 2027) and Office Hours sessions are sold through their own pages or checkout providers, whose terms also apply. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
No warranty
Our material is published in good faith and tested, but AI moves fast: APIs change and techniques stop working. Everything is provided as is. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the material or anything you build with it.
Community spaces
Discord, WhatsApp, events and other spaces are covered by our Code of Conduct. Access can be withdrawn for breaching it.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of what you send us and grant us permission to read, reply to and act on it for the purpose you sent it. Do not send confidential information through web forms — sign an agreement first.
Changes and governing law
These terms can change; the date above moves when they do. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
