Privacy Policy

We collect very little, and this page says exactly what. No accounts, no advertising trackers, and nothing is sold.

The short version

You can read everything on aianytime.net without giving us anything. The contact and enquiry forms are the only places that ask for personal data, and we only hold what you type into them. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

Enquiries

When you submit a form we receive your name, email address and — if you provide them — phone number, organisation, role, topic, group size, preferred format and message, along with the page you submitted from, your browser's user agent and your approximate country. We use this only to respond to you and scope the work.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

  • No user accounts, so no password or profile data exists.
  • No advertising trackers, ad pixels or cross-site profiling.
  • No selling, renting or trading of personal data. Ever.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
  • Neon — the database that stores enquiries.
  • Resend — delivering enquiry notifications to our team.

Some providers operate outside India, so data may be processed abroad. Each is used only for the purpose listed. Other AI Anytime sites (for example the community site, training site or product sites) and third-party checkout providers have their own policies.

Embedded and linked content

We link to YouTube, GitHub, Hugging Face, Discord, WhatsApp and other services. Once you follow a link, that service's privacy policy applies.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by emailing contact@aianytime.net. We honour rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is aimed at engineers, students, educators and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has sent us data, email us and it will be removed.
